Decent dedicated server for 200-300 USD?

I just got here from Reddit due to my post being invisible on /r/webhosting for some reason.

I am about to buy the following from a host:
AMD Opteron 6272, 16 x 2.1GHz, 32GB, 4x 240GB SSD – $250.00

Before I move on with the purchase, I would like to ask if someone knows of any other hosting company that offers a better dedicated server for the same price?
